We at DirectLineTraining believe in the philosophy of partnership. Our aim is
to work hard to provide an outstanding service to our customer and training
provider clients. Sometimes we slip up, but our driving aim is to provide a
straight forward user friendly service.

| Using the Seach Page |
The search page allows searching for an exact course match based on course
title, or altetaively there is the option to search for any matching word in
the corse title. Matching courses are shown in pages of 20 records by default,
but thsis may be changed using the dropdown on the searchbar.
You may also search by date by selecting one of the date options available.
If you are interested in a returned course, you may contact the provider by the
phone and fax information shown. You can also email directly to the course
provider, or alternatively, you may add the course to your course basket, carry
on browsing and email later.

| Browsing Training Categories |
Click on the business category that you are interested in, then a list of
sections for that catgeory will be displayed. Select the section you reaquire,
then press the browse button to see summary information for the matching
courses

| Registering as a User |
Registering is a simple process using the RegisterNow button on the UserLogin
page. Minimal details of your email address, chosen password, firstname and
surname are required. Your login details will be emailed to you upon successful
registration. DirectLineTraining does not provide registered email details to
any outside entity.
Once registered, you benefit from the ability to save your course selections
for later use, and optionally receive a copy of our monthly newsletter
detailing training news and the latest discount offerings fro our registered
course providers.
If you have Forgotten your password
If you have forgotton or lost your password, simply click the lost password
link on the User Login page. You will then be prompted for your email address,
and be sent your full login details by return.

| Registering as a Training Provider |
Registering with DirectLineTraining is very simple. Using the Trainers form,
click on the Setup a New Account button. On the first registration page you
will need to enter your basic company details, and, importantly your company
website and sales lead email address for the receipt of sales leads generated
from our site.
On the second
page, you will be required to enter contact details and
billing contact details for billed for services.
Registering with us allows listing of courses, together with
course viewing statistics, which will be emailed to you at monthly intervals.
